Drug testing is a complicated process, so it’s natural you may have some questions about our services. Find answers to these questions here.
What is mobile drug testing?
Mobile drug testing means that we come to your facility to conduct a drug test, as opposed to sending your employee to a clinic to get drug tested. It doesn’t matter whether your employees work in an office building or a manufacturing facility – or even on a remote construction site. After we arrive on-site, it only takes us about 15 minutes to administer each employee’s DOT or non-DOT drug screening test (including oral fluid, urine, or hair testing) or alcohol screening test, so your employees can get right back to work.
Are you really available for testing 24/7?
Yes if you are a current customer, simply call us and we’ll come to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are interested in our drug testing services, please call us at 440-653-5003, option 1 between 8-5 Monday-Friday.
Do you offer post-accident and/or reasonable suspicion testing?
Yes, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing include the same service of us coming to you 24/7/365. As soon as you know that you need USA Mobile Drug Testing to come to you, call us at 440/653-5003, option 1, and we will get our collector on the way to administer the testing that we have established in our testing protocol with your company.
What is included in your workplace safety program?
Our drug-free workplace safety program includes several components:
- USAMDT can create a customized drug free workplace policy for your organization (both DOT or non-DOT). We would provide you with a template which would then be forwarded to our Sr. Compliance Officer, an authority in the field, who would then create your comprehensive policy.
- Drug-free workplace testing. Once you have determined what your testing needs are based upon your policy, we would then work with you to establish a program to cover your testing needs, to include pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up testing. You would let us know what you need and when, and we would come out to conduct that testing whenever you need us.
Do you have a facility we can send our employees to get drug tested?
Yes! During business hours, please visit our clinic in Medina, OH at 449 West Liberty Street (just west of the Square). We are open 8-5 Monday-Friday. Appointments are not necessary. Please note that we follow all CDC guidelines relative to COVID-19, only allow one person into the facility at time, and clean in between each customer.
Who performs the testing?
All of our certified collectors are USAMDT trained for drug testing and trained by Lifeloc for alcohol testing. All collectors are trained to D.O.T. standards and follow these guidelines for all of the testing that we perform.
How long does each test take?
Whenever the employee is ready to provide a sample, it takes approximately five minutes to complete the testing and then the employee can get right back on the job.

Can I do random testing?
Yes. USA Mobile Drug Testing of Northeast Ohio specializes in managing and maintaining your quarterly random D.O.T. and non-D.O.T. random testing pools. All information is processed and stored in our secure database that our clients have 24/7 access to, along with emailed test results. If desired, you can also have access to your own portal within the USAMDT resulting system.
