“Our company contracted USA Mobile Drug Testing to set up a policy for a drug-free workplace. We never had anything like this in place before, so we needed quite a bit of guidance. From the beginning, we were very impressed with Karen Kitchen and the way she was able to handle the implementation of our policy/program.
Throughout the process, Karen made herself available to us by coming to our facility to discuss how to set up a drug-free workplace, answered all phone calls and e-mails in a quick and efficient manner and sought out answers from the Bureau of Workers’ Compensations office when we had additional questions. When we did our first on-site drug test, Karen came to our facility very early in the morning so we could accommodate both shifts of employees.
