With the seriousness of COVID-19, USA Mobile Drug Testing is prioritizing the safety of our employees and our customers. We are sensitive to this challenging situation we are all faced with, but we are working to protect the livelihood of our employees while also being careful to protect everyone from any risks of infection.
If your employees are visiting our Medina location for drug testing, alcohol testing, and/or BCI/FBI fingerprinting, we have rearranged our waiting area to ensure social distancing best practices. Appointments are not necessary, but we will allow only one customer into the facility at a time. We have hand sanitizer for use as you enter the waiting room, and we disinfect all surfaces throughout the entire day and before leaving at night. Our employees and customers are encouraged to stay home if they have a cough, fever, or difficulty breathing.
We also specialize in coming on-site to your facility, whether you are in Medina or not, with our mobile drug testing and alcohol testing services. When coming to test at your location, we will follow the same CDC guidelines, and will eliminate your employees’ and supervisors’ need to travel to a health care facility that may contain sick patients and long waits. We encourage you to consider this on-site drug testing both now and in the future.
As COVID-19 continues to be a fluid situation, we are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures and we will update you with any changes that may become necessary. We know these tough times will pass and we will get through them together as we continue to support each other and our community.
