If you need to conduct employee drug testing, you may wonder how long it will take to get the results. Whether you need to test an employee at the office, a teenage child at your house or another individual, you understandably want to receive fast answers to your questions. There are many common drugs that are in use today, including everything from alcohol to marijuana, cocaine, barbiturates, opiates, synthetics and others. The process of drug testing is fairly easy. The individual provides us with a specimen donation. Typically, this is urine, but it may also be another type of specimen, such as saliva, hair or another option. With most tests, the results are available to us before the individual even hands us the specimen. This is because the container used to collect the sample can also test it. We simply peel the label off of the container in order to view the results. The lines on the containers that reveal results are dark and easy to read. More than that, they are 99 percent accurate, and they are easy for the donor to use but difficult to tamper with. We can test for the presence of nearly every type of drug.
You can use off-site testing services for your drug testing needs, but this is generally not necessary. The tests that we provide can be conducted in your location at an office, a home or another venue. They are just as accurate as off-site results are, and they are more convenient.
