Regardless of where you stand on the legalization of marijuana, it’s safe to say that well-known Florida attorney, John Morgan from Morgan & Morgan, hasn’t done the pro-marijuana crowd any favors with his latest drunken speech on the matter, complete with slurred profanity.
“I came here to debate Grady Judd,. I went down to the Outback Steakhouse. I got f***** up and now I’m back in here! Sh** happens!”
John Morgan went on to say, “If you do nothing else on this Election Day. I want you to get your mother f****** a*ses up out of bed.”
The intoxicated crowd enthusiastically agreed, and the longtime attorney kept going.

He joked at one point, “I didn’t smoke a… I didn’t smoke a piece of grass all the way here. But, I’ll tell you this. Once I get some. Once I get outside the borders of Polk County. I might… I might smoke a lot of grass. I’m just scared sh**less of Grady Judd!”
Morgan has deceitfully positioned his pro-marijuana campaign on the premise of helping the elderly ease their pain, yet his “speech” (if you can call it that) was held in a bar, late at night, surrounded by a drunk 20-something crowd.
Sheriff Grady Judd said “Amendment Two is about debilitating disease or other conditions. What’s other conditions? Uh, I don’t sleep well at night, my legs hurt?” the sheriff asked. The sheriff also claims he was bothered by what he calls “the campaign tactic” that John Morgan used. “They weren’t in a nursing home, they weren’t in a rehab center, they weren’t with very ill people, they were with bunch of kids screaming for the reefer, for the reefer, and that’s what Amendment Two is.”
John Morgan’s released this statement to News Channel 8, “Some of my speeches will be G-rated and some will be X-rated. Some will be humorous and tongue in cheek,” he said. Morgan did point out that he was talking with young people, who will be critical, he says, voting in this election. “While this is not language I use in church, my message is the same one. Very sick people need our help. The Florida legislators refused to even hear testimony, much less vote. My comments at the end of the unedited video are what is important. This is for my brother and hundreds of thousands of people like him. I am not a user of marijuana.” He concluded, “I am not a marijuana guy. This is about compassion. It will not be the last time you hear a speech from me that jokes around with the crowd nor will it be the last time you hear a speech with profanity. I am not running for office and never will. That allows me to tell the truth and motivate the way I see fit.”
Though, it’s kind of tough to claim not to be a “marijuana guy” when you just got done talking on video about how you were going to “smoke some grass.”
