After developing your custom drug-free workplace policy, USAMDT works with your organization to train the individuals closest to your workforce; your supervisors. Training effective supervisors is a critical part of every drug-free workplace program because they are responsible for observing, reporting and initiating reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing. Supervisors should be provided with applicable information about your drug free workplace policy and their role in its execution.
