DOT Mandated
Employers of the safety-sensitive workforce are required to follow the Department of Transportation’s (DOT’s) strict drug testing protocol. We know the DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements inside and out and are prepared to file the electronic Custody and Control Form (eCCF) if that’s how you roll.
We follow the regulatory language in DOT 49 CFR Part 40 to a “T.”
So, of course, we know what to do if a safety-sensitive employee tests positive for drugs. If tasked with the responsibility, we can assist you with filing positive results with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse within the required time limit.
