Happy New Year! The USA Mobile Drug Testing of Northeast Ohio team is here to share the 2023 Random Testing Rates Notice from the DOT (Department of Transportation). The testing rates are for random drug and alcohol testing requirements within the various DOT agencies.
Here are the rates that are staying the same this year:
- FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) 50% random drug testing rate
- FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) 25% random drug testing rate
- FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) has various rates depending on covered service, maintenance of way, & mechanical
- FTA (Federal Transit Administration) 50% random drug testing rate
Here are the rates that are changing for 2023:
- PHMSA (Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration) 25% random drug testing rate
