DOT Drug Testing

Urine samples are collected using C-USAMDT Drug Test Collectors. Specimens are sent to a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA) Certified laboratory and results are generally reported within 24-72 hours. Specimens are tested for THC (Marijuana metabolite) Amphetamines (including Methamphetamine), Cocaine, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (PCP). The lab also provides Specimen Validity Testing (SVT) to determine if the specimen may have been tampered with. All DOT drug test results are sent to our certified Medical Review Officer (C-MRO). You will receive results electronically.

Non Regulated Drug Testing

For Non DOT Drug Testing, C-USAMDT technicians collect specimens according to company requirements, and in consideration of state or local laws. Various types of tests are offered including traditional laboratory tests and instant drug tests. C-USAMDT technicians are trained to collect hair, saliva, and sweat. We recommend non-negative instant tests that are confirmed at a SAMHSA Certified Lab and reviewed by the MRO.

Mobile Alcohol Testing

DOT and Non Regulated Alcohol Testing

C-USAMDT alcohol technicians conduct tests using NHTSA and DOT-approved testing devices. Confirmation tests are conducted after all positive screening tests and a fifteen minute waiting time using a certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) with an Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) device. The final result is reported directly to the Designated Employer Representative (DER). Non-regulated alcohol tests are conducted according to company policy and in consideration of state or local regulations.

Mobile Student & Athletic Testing

Drug and Alcohol Testing

A Certified USA Mobile Drug Testing (C-USAMDT) Technician will come to your school, university, or team playing field to conduct drug and alcohol testing according to your policy requirements. We provide instant test kits results, or can send the specimens collected to a laboratory for testing.
