Chief Executive Officer
President and a Director, a position he has held since our inception. Mr. Strom was Vice President of Business Development for Business Corp 500 development, Inc. in Tampa, Florida from November 2006 until June 2008. He was Vice President of Sales for Jacuzzi Brands USI Industries in Tampa, Florida from 1996 until January 2007.

Vice President Information Technology
Kevin D. Smith has been our Vice President of Information Technology, CIO and a Director since our inception in June 2008. From July 2006 until September 2008, Mr. Smith was a computer consultant with Kevin D. Smith Consulting in Tampa, Florida. From June 2002 through June 2006, he was with Muse Technologies, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, first as Chief Operating from June 2002 until June 2004 and then President from June 2004 through June 2006.
VP of Sales and Marketing
The VP of Marketing is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for franchisees in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of online marketing and “Brand” awareness.
Starting in the printing industry in 1993 and has placed “Gold” in the State of California Graphic Communications Competition. Initial studies included all graphic communication skills, prepress, press, and post press processes. He was a senior manager at Hillsborough Printing Company for 4 years, one of the country’s top 100 printing companies in 2000. Also the President of PA Printing Service, Inc., a 6-year-old full service printing company focused on delivering excellence to clients that range in size from the Fortune 500 to individuals with a vision of perfection.
IT Service Manager
The IT Service Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of all activities related to the IT Department. Responsibilities include: identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing technology solutions for all aspects of the organization as well as training, support and troubleshooting all IT systems.
Cindy has over 25 years working with computer with emphasis on business applications in both finance and manufacturing. Cindy’s work has taken her all over the United States as well as to the international soil of Europe and Australia. She has implement business solutions for multimillion dollar corporations such as GTE Spacenet, Raytheon Marine division, Racal Communication and General Signal.
Test Results Administrator
The Test Results Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of the CIS Results System. This position seeks to ensure that the system functions properly, with minimal difficulties for the end user. That all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner; that all pool groups are run on time, and all results are received by the intended parties. The Administrator is responsible for supporting all users of the results system and their clients. All results, inquiries, and service requests will be handled in a professional manner in accordance with the mission and vision of USAMDT as well as in a timely manner by the Test Results Administrator.
Amie has a wide verity of a background. She started off as a crew member for McDonalds and in four short months moved up to a Shift leader / Trainer. She has been a Full Service Banker for First Mid-West Bank, while still working for McDonalds. She was administrator for a major insurance company in six different states in the Membership Department for UniCare / Wellpoint headquarters in Illinois. She was a Manager for Circle K for a year and half. She was an Estimating Coordinator / Administrative Assistant with Southeastern Seating Inc. Currently she is the Test Results Administrator with USA Mobile Drug Testing.
Coordinator of Training and Compliance
Tatiana provides ongoing education, training, and compliance support for USAMDT Franchisees and their staff. She plans, organizes, and directs a wide range of training activities including classroom training, one on one training, webinars, conference calls, and continuing educational opportunities.
Tatiana has over 10 years experience in public relations, sales, management and business set up. With practical adeptness and a long track record of success, she has assisted business owners increase sales and drive revenue to their franchise. Tatiana is bi-lingual with in depth experience in sales training in the Latin Community. Her product knowledge and implementation of quality service has been an attribute to her positions as Franchise Support Specialist for Club Z! Corporate Headquarters, Director of Operations of CMA Advisors, Inc and General Training Manager for DQ Grill and Chill.
